The Yummiest 5K and Fun Run in Georgia is taking place on Saturday, February 18th. The event benefits the Feeding the Valley Food Bank. The 5K race starts at 8:00 a.m. and the Fun Run starts at 9:00 a.m. The cost for the 5K is $28 (Super Early Bird) until January 3rd, $30 (Early Bird) until February 1st, and $35 after February 1st, while the Fun Run is $18. The race takes place at 4973 West Price Road in Suwanee and the course is flat and fast. Participants will receive a cupcake, hot chocolate, and a bag of chocolate candy, and awards will be given to top finishers. An optional packet pickup is available on Friday, February 17th, and can also be picked up the morning of the event. A family discount rate of $119 for families of four is available. The event will feature music, door prizes, and awards.
