This weekend, we will learn about Indian Spices and Vegetarian cooking. You will learn a few Hindi words as well. Observe us making the dishes and try them at home. For this Culinary Arts program, we will use rice, garbanzos, wheat flour, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and spices to enhance the flavor. This program is for ages 12 and up.
