The City of Suwanee's Planning and Zoning Commission and the Planning and Zoning Appeals Board will be holding a meeting on January 17th at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place at City Hall located at 330 Town Center Ave, Suwanee, GA 30024. The Planning and Zoning Commission typically meets the first Tuesday of each month, while the Planning and Zoning Appeals Board typically meets the third Tuesday of each month. Both boards meet at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. The agenda for the meeting includes a call to order, election of chairperson and vice chairperson, approval of minutes, old and new business, announcements and adjournment. New business includes a request for variance from Section 1703 of the City of Suwanee Zoning Ordinance and proposed 2023 Zoning Board of Appeal meeting schedule. The public is welcome to attend the meeting and participate in the discussion.
